Greg Ippolito - Linux imaging and spherical panoramic photography
UUASC is for all persons using UNIX either personally or professionally, or
interested in learning more about UNIX. We recognize all varieties of UNIX,
including (without prejudice) SCO, Linux, SVr4, Solaris, AIX, HP/UX, and
BSD.
This is a good place to meet others with similar interests and broaden your
skills and knowledge.
DIRECTIONS: Really easy! (But look at the map as any good nerd would do beforehand!) If you're approaching on the 405 south or north, take the Howard Hughes Parkway exit and turn right onto Park Terrace Drive. Turn left onto Center Drive (Park Terrace Drive ends there in a "T") and enter the parking for the Howard Hughes Promenade by turning left into the parking structures for it. If you're approaching via Sepulveda Boulevard, turn east onto Center Drive and enter the parking for the Howard Hughes Promenade by turning left into the parking structures for it. Center Drive intersects Sepulveda Boulevard just south of Centinela Avenue and just north of the Howard Hughes Parkway on-ramp to the 405. Parking: Plentiful parking is available at the Howard Hughes Promenade across the street for a $2. Avoid the parking structure behind 6080 Center Drive - it's crazy expensive. Building Access: There is a security desk in the lobby, in case they ask, let them know you're going to Q's office at suite 925 UUASC wants to thank Carolyn Oswald and Q for their excellent hospitality, allowing us to meet in their facility.
If you would like to be a speaker, or if you know someone who you think would be a legitimate speaker for us, please contact UUASC-LA Program Chairperson Jordan Schwartz
